Make it Yourself Monday: Hummus

This is a recipe that is much easier than I ever would have thought. It’s cheap too!



1 15 oz Can Chickpeas (Drained)

Juice from 1 Large Lemon

1/4 cup Tahini

Approx. 1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 clove Garlic


  1. Put all ingredients into food processor
  2. Blend everything together until smooth


  1. Add olive oil as needed for desired consistency
  2. Enjoy!

See what I mean? Easiest recipe of all time. And the best part is; you can totally adjust the recipe to your taste, add spices, different oils, anything.
