This one may or may not actually need instructions but I think it’s still worth sharing. Charcuterie boards are great at parties, for holidays and any other special occasion you can think of.
Ingredients
Cheese (at least 1 hard and one soft in most cases)
Cured Meats
Fruit
Olives and Pickles
Crackers
Veggies
Sauces (Mustard, Jam, Hummus, etc.)
Nuts (optional)
Directions
- Cut all ingredients into bite-size pieces for easy
- Arrange items so that two types of any one thing (i.e. crackers or cheese or fruit) aren’t touching each other
- Keep items that can roll (i.e. tomatoes, olives) in the inside so you don’t lose them
- Fill the board somehow or other, don’t worry, it should go a little over the edge
- Enjoy!
So… maybe those aren’t really directions but more so tips. In the end, I would say feel free to wing it and remember to only include things you think you or someone else will actually eat.
As always, I hope everyone has a good week and let me know what I should try to make next!
